By using the Define option, the 2d sketcher mode will be activated. For shotcrete defined as area, the tag tool will search for a closed boundary like lining parts tag tool. For shotcrete defined as a line, the user will draw a line/arc that represent the centerline of the wall, that will be tagged with the appropriate tool. In the wall tag tool, user will specify a group name.
